Refund Policy

For Services

Refunds for booked training sessions or workshops are considered under strict conditions. If cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the scheduled session, a full refund is possible. Cancellations made within 14 days of the session may be eligible for partial refunds or rescheduling, subject to availability.

Rescheduling of services is possible and encouraged. Clients may request to transfer their booked session to another date within six months from the original booking date. Requests for rescheduling must be made through our contact form.

For Information Products

Due to the digital nature of our information products, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted. However, if there are technical issues preventing access, clients should contact us via the contact form for support or resolution.

For Physical Products

Physical products may be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are in original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
